He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tracy and Dick; his brother-in-law Bill; and his parents, Richard McDonald and Helen McDonald.
He is survived by: his daughters, Caitlin Lietzau (Jon) and Shannon McDonald (Derek); his grandchildren, Layla and Crosby; and his siblings, Linda, Matt (Jill), Jim (Erin) and Kelly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to MN DNR's Future Forest Fund, which helps to keep state forests, a space that Bumpy loved, healthy for future generations.
