With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary Carlson of Chaska, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mary left this world on October 9, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Boardman and Dolores Boardman (Frederickson); her husband Wayne A. Carlson; and her sister-in-law Beverly Boardman. She is survived by: her children, Michael Carlson (Lynn) of Eagan, Jospeh Carlson of Apple Valley and Amy Carlson of Chaska; her granddaughters, Delaney and Makenna; and her brothers, Dennis Boardman, Robert Boardman of Minneapolis and Thomas Boardman (Mimi). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bertas Funeral Home (200 W 3rd St, Chaska, MN 55318). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
