She is survived by: her children, Kevin Cummins (Kim) of Carver, Kurt Cummins (Cari) of Rochester, Karmen Burkholder (Scott) of Surprise, AZ and Korey Cummins (Jonny Murray) of Minneapolis; her grandchildren, Brady Cummins (Megan), Bryson Burkholder (Andie), Baylee McRoy (Austin), Madison Roberts (Sam), Mitchell Cummins and Max Burkholder; her great grandchildren, Blakely, Layla, Vinny, Kyser and Jax; and her sister Faye Klein (Larry).
