It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Craig Bren of Chatfield, Minnesota, who passed away on April 27, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Bren and Sylvia Bren (Rymerson). He is survived by: his wife Nina Chesney; his sons, Steven and Kevin; his siblings, Gary (Janet), Mike (Deb), Julie Ledin (Roger), Phil (Sheila), Peggy Fratzke (Mark) and Lisa Bradt (Matt); and his sister-in-law Rene Chesney (Stephon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chatfield Lutheran Church (304 Fillmore St SE, Chatfield, MN 55923).
