He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Shoop and Doris Shoop (Klemmensen); his son Brian Shoop; his brother Terry Shoop; his brother-in-law Dewey Wegan; and his niece Kayla Lewellin.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy LaVenture; his sons, Mike Shoop (Samantha) and Steve Shoop (Kelly); his daughter-in-law Kim Shoop; his grandchildren, Tori, Anna, Emily, Lindsey, Becky and Austin; his great grandchildren, Jameson and Carmynn; his siblings, Bonnie Lewellin (Don), Sandy Wegan and Randy Shoop; and his sister-in-law Tammy Shoop. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Memorials are preferred to the family.
