He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; and his children, Mark Burton (Stoney) and Jody Bean (Victor Burton). He is survived by: his children, Kristy Koukal (Pat) and Forrest "Frosty" Jr. Burton (Amy); and his great grandchild Sister Carla Elliott (Melvin). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, loving relatives and friends.
