He was predeceased by: his parents, Elam Scott and Mary Scott (Zimmerman); his sons, Tim and Michael Scott; his siblings, Delores Scott, Marian Oyman, Elery and Bob Scott; and his former wife Carol Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Ken Scott (Tammie) of Chisholm, MN, Deb Scott of Duluth, MN and Bill Scott of Malibu, CA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, along with many nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home & Cremation Service Chapel (205 1st St NW, Chisholm, MN 55719).
