He is survived by: his mother Bettie Leustek (Stalker) of Alamo, TX; his wife Michelle Leustek of Chisholm, MN; his children, Gage Leustek (Kari) of Hibbing, MN and Roark Leustek (Michael Carlson) of Chisholm, MN; his sister Kelly Stauber (John) of Hermantown, MN; and his grandchildren, Ella of Hibbing, Charlie of Hibbing and Lucy Leustek of Hibbing.
