She is survived by: her children, Gladys Javor of Apple Valley, MN, Judy Kafut (Richard) of Chisholm, MN, Charlotte Mancuso of Hibbing, MN, Charles Leustek (Joanne) of Balkan, MN, Patrick Leustek (Vicky) of Balkan, MN, Fay Humphrey (Norman) of Orr, MN and Chad Chuk of Balkan, MN; and her grandchildren, David Leustek (Michelle), Kelly Stauber (John), Dr. Brent Bullis (Judy), Christopher Bullis, Jill Knight (Alex), Carly Toward (Samuel), Amy Hamma (Peter), Tera Larson (Michael), Tiffany Pearson (Shaine), Antone Leustek, Carl Leustek (Stephanie), Paul Leustek, Spencer Humphrey, Bridget Bennett (Michael), Whitney Koller (Nick) and Mason Chuk. She is also survived by two great-granddaughters, a great-grandson, and one great-great-granddaughter.
