He was predeceased by: his parents, José Carrillo and Guadalupe Carrillo; and his siblings, Lorenzo, Lola and Vira.
He is survived by: his wife Karum Carrillo (Delich); his children, Alicia Carrillo (Brian Hake), José Carrillo III (Linda) and Lori; his sister Alicia Carrillo; and his grandchildren, Tony (Ashley), Patrick (Sarah), Jacey, Ashlin, Morgan, Quincy, Ethan, Bradie, Jessie, Myles, Sophia, Esther and Chanel. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
