He is survived by: his wife Ethel Darlene (Manthey); his children, Dave Jr. (Cathy) and Danielle Sanborn (Bob); his grandchildren, Hailey, David III (Mariah), Julianne and Zachary; and his sisters, Ellie Roslin and Suzie Jensen (Warren). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
