Gary left this world on December 27, 2025 at the age of 65, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A. and Mary R. Donaldson (Newton); and his nephew Tim Donaldson. He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Welle; his children, Brooke Armstrong (Brad) of Blaine, MN and Cory of Hugo, MN; his granddaughter Emma Armstrong of Blaine, MN; and his siblings, Kathy Munn of Tallahassee, FL, Michael (Aliceann) of Tallahassee, FL and James (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church (171 Elm St, Lino Lakes, MN 55014). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
