It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Evelyn Douglas of Circle Pines, Minnesota, born in Rugby, North Dakota, who passed away on September 18, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin D. Douglas; her children, James Douglas and Sally Rowe; her sons-in-law, Bruce Christensen and Donald Tetens; and her grandchildren, Valerie, Dana, Kailey and Willie.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Hill (Joe), Rose Christensen, Roxanne Tueffel (Dave), Cheryl Koty (Ty), Tim Douglas (Cindy), Lisa Douglas and Kim Rodgers (Gregg); and her children-in-law, David Rowe and Tracey Douglas. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (1 Shepherd Ct, Circle Pines, MN 55014).
