She is survived by: her son Chad Forkrud (Carol); her grandson Tyler Moffenbier (Bailey Schultze); her great grandchildren, Ella and Easton Moffenbier; her siblings, Delores Litke, Donald Eichten and Thomas Eichten (JoAnn); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Eichten and Beverly Ryan.
