He was predeceased by: his parents, Meint Meints and Anna Meints (Hayunga); and his wives, Tillie Meints (Caspers) and Deanna (Grussing-Kvistad). He is survived by: his children, Bradley Meints (Kristine) of Pine Island, Kris Kaihoi (Greg) of Eden Prairie and Paul Meints (Donna) of Mankato; and his brother Russel Meints of Corvallis, OR. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and twenty-two great grandchildren.
