It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald E. Rysavy Sr. of Claremont, Minnesota, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Rysavy and Frances Rysavy (Vesely); his son Gerald "Bucky" Rysavy, Jr.; and his sisters, Geraldine "Geri" Marsolek and Darlene "Dolly" Kniefel.

He is survived by : his wife Ruth Rysavy of Claremont; his daughters, Cynthia "Cindy" St (Joel) and Jody Christianson (Randy) of Claremont; his brother Robert "Bob" Rysavy (Nyla); his grandchildren, Mandy, Amy (Brad), Terri (Jonny), Nicole (Jody), Randy "Boo" (Katie), Tracy Tommy (Jason) and Toni; his great grandchildren, Gabi of Kory, AJ, Brody, Austin, Wyatt, Logan, Addi, Joey, Mason, Jacob, Ella, Declan, Lilly, Cheston, Corwin, Brayden, Stella, Cole and Tripp; and his great great grandchild Dom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society, the ALS Association or Ecumen Hospice.
