He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Luedtke (Daumke); his wife Shirley Schroeder; his father Robert Luedtke; and his siblings, Edwin Luedtke (Elizabeth), Matilda Luedtke, Robert Luedtke (Evelyn), Wilbur Luedtke, Vera Luedtke and Elfrida Carlson (Walter).
He is survived by: his niece Darlene McCartney (Rodney); and his stepchildren, John Bristle (Cathy), Dave Bristle (Rona), Dan Bristle (Brenda) of Maynard, MN and Janet Bosch (Larry) of Vero Beach, FL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
