He is survived by: his father Karl Eggum; his wife Donna Rae Eekhoff; his children, Lyal Eggum (Carol), Shawn Eggum (Sherry), Lisa Lambert (Brian) and Karl Eggum (Angie); his grandchildren, Ethan Eggum (Haley), Jacy Jaeger (Jesse), Braden Eggum (Erin), Haley Meyer (Nathan), Kade Eggum (Becca), Shea Lambert, Shad Lambert, Magdalyn Eggum and Henry Eggum; his great grandchildren, Elsie Jeannette, Kael Jens, Emy Joanna, Aili Jo, Ada Rae, Emmett Jon and Hudson Shawn; his brother LeMoyne Eggum (Carole); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Everett (Robert), Jan Olsen (Oley), Linda Foss (Rich) and Sue Schlosser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bonnerup Funeral Service (2210 E Main St, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
