He is survived by: his children, Justin McDonald (Amanda Fandrich) of New Rockford, ND, Deyette Kraemer of Minnetonka and Darrin Layeux of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Blake (Margot), Kenzie (Ronald), Paige (Nic) and Addysen; his great grandchildren, Lilah, Caroline, Blaire, Shepherd, Sebastian, Romeo, Louie and Ruby; his siblings, David McDonald (Barb) of Clear Lake and Karen Hill of Cottonwood, AZ; and his brother-in-law William "Skip" Schoepf (Karen) of Eagan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
