He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Moen and Alvera Moen (Mickelson); his siblings, Alvin (Elaine), Jane Marie and Evangeline Hubred (Chester); and his sisters-in-law, Diane and Martha.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Suesan Betzler (Curt) and Russell Moen (Michelle); his grandchildren, Justin Moen, Natalie Rudy (Charley) and Samantha Pierskalla (Trever); and his brothers, Donald (Donny), Vilas, David and LaVern.
