She is survived by: her nephew Terry Burk (Joel Hanif) of Mankato; her niece Linda Ek (Jeffery) of Forest Lake, Minnesota; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey Burk, Kevin Burk of Minneapolis, Emily, Michael and Anna Wetoska of Chicago; and her friends, Gloria Robinson, Curt and Raleen Tolzmann.

In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to BENCHS (Blue Earth Nicollet County Humane Society) in memory of Donna Strand.
