He is survived by: his wife Jolene Wysong of Cleveland; his sons, Ryan Willaert of Lonsdale and Blake Westphal of Rock Springs, WI; and his siblings, Earl Westphal of Mankato, David Westphal of Owatonna, Doug Westphal of Mankato, Jean Kuhl of St. Peter, Dawn Orth of Lidgerwood, ND and Culbert of Henderson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
