He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ernst; his children, Amanda Grove (Mike), Dale Kitchenmaster Jr. and Kayla Kitchenmaster (Tony McLain); his daughter-in-law Amy Kitchenmaster; his grandchildren, Taylor, Xander, Joey, Shayne, Trinity, Hunter, Aaron, Kayana, Rickey, Nova and Henry; his siblings, Mark Kitchenmaster (Debbie), Alan Kitchenmaster, Jerry Kitchenmaster (Robin) and Anita Flansburg; his friends, Jim Congleton and Sherri Bissell-Congleton; and his pets, Rascal and Squish. He is also survived by many in-laws, friends, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
