He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Lind, Stephanie Gatewood (Gary) and Krista Laveau; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Keshia, Mika and Jagger (Kristin); his great grandchildren, Malakai, Mason, Trinity, Christian, Raelynn, Rayne, Delilah and Henry; his siblings, Dale Olson, Kris Olson (Cheryl), Karen Nelson and Wendy Gilbertson (Dale); and his aunt Liz Beck. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson Funeral Care (1004 Cloquet Ave, Cloquet, MN 55720). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
