He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Tapa and Lucy Tapa; his sister Louella; and his granddaughter Jamie Dahlen. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Tapa (Solem); his siblings, Danella Solem and Darrell Tapa (MaryAnn); and his daughters, Sandy Cooke (Jeff), Cindy Tungren (Lee) and Terry Lehman (Mark). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
