It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa A. Diver (Cloquet, Minnesota), who passed away on September 20, 2025, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Frederick Sr.; her son Henry Sumner III; her sister Jodi Diver; and her nephew Louis Kingbird. She is survived by: her mother Darlene May Diver (Reynolds); her children, Allydia Barney (Ryan), Margaret Sumner, Aiyana Smith, Wyatte Diver and Orlando Diver; her grandchildren, James DeFoe Jr. and Rayne Barney; and her siblings, Melody Diver, John Diver Jr. and Damian LaPrairie. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, friends, and other family members.
