He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Johnson (Rachael) and Kelly Lane (Eric); his siblings, Jane Simone (Vincent), Shirley Knudsen (Dale), Donald Johnson (Gloria) and Ronald Johnson (Kari); and his sister-in-law Dee Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
