Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rowe and Helmi Rowe (Rontti); his wife Betty; and his brothers, James, Robert and Donald Rowe.
He is survived by: his son Brian Rowe (Cynthia) of Minneapolis, MN; and his sister-in-law Judy Wiles (Ray) of Cloquet, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
