He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McCuskey and Violet McCuskey; his siblings, Lawrence, Edward, Norman, Doris, Irene, Ida and Mary Lou; his wife Laura McCuskey (Van Guilder); and his son Ryan McCuskey.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Bahen (Jim) and Scott McCuskey (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Frank, Reilly, Jesse, Logan and Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
