He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ahiers and Shirley Ahiers (Anderson); and his brother-in-law Al Norman. He is survived by: his close friend Michelle Thomsen of Cloquet; his daughter Kimmie Ahiers; and his siblings, Mitch Ahiers (Jackie) of La Crosse, Wisconsin and Lynette Norman of Minneapolis.
