He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Thomas O. and Jane Young (Bonebrake); and his brother Hadley R. Young. He is survived by: his brother Allen Young (Janet); his wife Marylu of Carlton; his children, Thomas Jr. Young (Carlton), Timothy Young (Carlton), Maren Young (Eden Prairie), Julie Dittberner (Eden Prairie) and Kate Niederer (Eden Prairie); and his grandchildren, Jessica Betts (David), Nathan Young, Peter Young, Kimber Young, Alisa Brasher (Ben), Zackry Hanebeck, Thomas Wilmes, Ben Wilmes, Jesse Niederer and Joseph Niederer. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make a donation to a charity of your choice in Tom's honor.
