He was predeceased by: his parent Priscilla Gannon; his wife Ethel Nordstrom; and his great grandchild Houston. He is survived by: his children, Jim Gannon (Liz) of Plymouth, Sue McGraw (Shane) of Section and Patti Haus (Steven) of Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Abby, David, Joshua, Richard, Levi, Douglas, Samantha and Bethani; his sister Mary Williams; and his sister-in-law Pearl Ostenvick (Moose Lodge). He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
