She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Kempton and Beatrice Kempton; her children, Joyce Greniger, Delores Schumacher, Michael and Mark Greniger; and her siblings, Virgil Kempton and Dorothy Edminster.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Strey of Grand Rapids, MN, Donna Topper (Jerry) of Cohasset, MN, Gary Greniger (Jan) of Cohasset, MN and Raymond Smothers of Cohasset, MN; and her sister Muriel Pomroy of Grand Rapids, MN. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 65 great grandchildren; 36 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Lutheran Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
