He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hawkins and Joanne Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Hawkins; his children, Nathan Thompson (Gina), Jessica Crum, Trista Bistodeau, Samantha Hawkins and Claire Jarman (Ian); and his sisters, Pamela Beckius (Dave) and Terri Ann Diede (Jim). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 nieces and nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews and many more family and friends.
