He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Holker and Helen Holker; and his sister Kathy Schlief. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Holker; his stepchildren, Laura Robbins (Dan) and Aaron Kotila (Cindy); his siblings, Fran Dolly and Mike Holker; his niece Tonya Dolly; and his grandson Brandon Bromstad. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
