He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Bajari and Shirley Bajari (Harrington); his daughter Riika; his in-laws, Babe and Ada Dawson; his brothers-in-law, Allan Schaefer and Ollie Dawson; his niece Sarah Schaefer Lange; his uncle Melvin Alama; his cousin Thomas G. Hanson (Heavy); and his close friend Allan Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Dawson; his children, Davey (Rita) of French Lake, Hannah Voss (David) of Paynesville and Willie of New London; his grandchildren, Greta Johnson (Kyle) of Buffalo, Halley Bajari of French Lake, Storm Bajari (Lydia) of St. Cloud, Susan Kallock (Timmy) and Hunter Voss (Katie Holtzclaw) of Paynesville; his siblings, Betty Jane Schaefer of Sun Lakes, AZ, Jerry Joe Bajari (Ann) of French Lake, Larry (Pam) of New London, Linda Kerrigan (Pat) of LaCrescent, MN and Joey (Brad) of Wisconsin; his sister-in-law Wanda Lamprecht (Dwayne) of Florida; and also Eden of Paynesville. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
