He is survived by: his children, Cody Kotila and Kylie Kotila of Mesa, Arizona; and his siblings, Ellyn Guerre (Mike Hannan) of Blaine, Larry Kotila (Gloria) of Dassel, Betty Jurgens (Roland) of Clearwater, Jerry Kotila of Kimball, Cheryl Watson (Mike) of Appleton, WI, Darrel Kotila (Kathleen) of South Haven, Brenda Stoffer of Morris and Diana Hentges of Watkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
