He was predeceased by: his father Reino Kotila; and his brother-in-law Steve Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Kotila (Nicka) of Cokato; and his siblings, Janet Johnson, Jim (Jean) of Cokato, Peter (Tami) of Two Harbors, Mike (Brenda) of Dassel, Lori Komperud (Brad) of Rosemount, Linda Kotila of Cokato and Tim Kotila of Williams. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews; and many more family and friends.
