He is survived by : his former life partner Elizabeth "Betty" Richter; his fiancé Juliene Klaustermeier; his children, Ann Boelke (Rodney), Dennis Hoen, Lynn Specken (Michael), Mary Hoen, Nancy Tober (Daniel), Amy Hausladen (Brad Schuch), Russell Hoen (Carrie), David Hoen (Melissa Bonine), Scott Hoen (Kristin) and Todd Hoen; his grandchildren, Kindra Ghostley (Andrew), Krianna Herzog (Andrew), Karrington Boelke, Kenson Boelke, Kaydra Boelke, Bess Specken, Beau Specken, Brooks Specken, Bennett Specken, Brandon Hoen (Megan), Richelle Hoen (Matthew Hedlund), Alec Tober, Jessica Tober, Emma Hausladen, Grant Hausladen, Haley Hoen, Gabriel Hoen, Roman Hoen, Sarah Hoen, Madelaine Schwanke, Henry Hoen and Olivia Hoen; his great grandchildren, Blaire, Mae Ghostley and Hudson Herzog; and his siblings, Leonard Hoen (Rosie), Connie Foley (John), Patricia Quinn, Roger Hoen (Carol), Janice Konerza (Dennis) and Rich Hoen (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
