She was predeceased by: her husband Casimir Kozicki; and her sons, Richard and Leonard. She is survived by: her daughter Patty (Gregg); her grandchildren, Kyle, Brianna, Jenn, Jon and Andy; and her great grandchildren, Kristal, Alex, Jakob and Jaxon.
