Lloyd L. Barthel Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 11, 2023, at the age of 90, Lloyd L. Barthel of Columbia Heights, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Maue (Susie); and his siblings, Kathy Stromgren, Franny Lyrek, Gordon Barthel and Kenneth Barthel.
He is survived by: his children, James Barthel (Sandra), Michael Barthel (Dorene), Marilyn Eisenschenk (Thomas) and Brian Barthel (Susan); his siblings, Rolland Barthel (Marnette) and Doris Mae Schoeder (Del); and his sisters-in-law, Iris Lueck, Sharon Maue and Jan Barthel. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, and 13 Great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Association, Guardian Angels of Elk River or TLC Toys, Inc.
