He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Jodi Smith (Jim), Chad Buchanan and Rae Anne Zupetz (Jim); his grandchildren, Natalie, McKenzie, Austin, Michael, Bo, Jack, Mitchell and Jacie; his great grandchild Charlotte; and his pet Ellie.
