He is survived by: his wife Linda Lund; his sisters, Colleen Kastanek and Charlotte Gruber (Dan); his children, John Kastanek (Jana) and Andrianna Kastanek (Chris Buzachero); his stepdaughter Stacie Urban (Peter); his grandchildren, Jakob, Mitchell, Laura, Camille Kastanek, Luca, Emilia, Nicolas Buzachero, Delaney Janssen (Jeremy) and Liam Urban; his siblings' children, Ligeia, Stephanie Cholensky, Nick Gruber (Anna) and Tammy Becker (Travis); his aunts, Leora Gulden Wilkes and MaryAnn Hoheisel Gulden; and his former wives, Deborah Lind and Susan Stuckmayer.
