He was predeceased by: his wife Arlys Skaug; his daughter LeAnn; and his granddaughter Ann. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Severson (Brian) and Steve Skaug (Darcie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Morningside Memorial Gardens (11800 University Ave NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448).
