We announce the death of Darlene Mary Leifermann in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on October 14, 2026, at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Maehren and Mary Maehren; and her husband Ray. She is survived by: her children, Deb Allie, Julie Griffin (David) and Scott R. Leifermann (Deb Mauss); and her siblings, Vic Maehren and Rosie Maehren. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (603 MN-371, Backus, MN 56435).
