She is survived by: her children, Cindi Perkins, Connie Jo Smith, Michael Carpenter (Christine), Bobby Carpenter (Stephanie), Jackie Holst, Viki Lee and Bonnie Cervenka (Mark); and her nephews, Steve, Terry and Jeffrey. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren with two on the way; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
