He is survived by: his children, Mark of Coon Rapids, Matt (Sharon) of St. Francis and Deanna Chuba (Steve) of Ham Lake; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Candice, Brittany, Ashley, Amanda, Morgan, Jake, Derek, Nathan and Tyler. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
