He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Weckwerth and Freda Weckwerth (Roske); his son Jay; his parents-in-law, Roger and Gudrun Wallace; his siblings-in-law, Donald Wallace and Sharon Wallace; and his nephew Steven Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Robyn and Wendy; his granddaughter Aaliyah; his brother Daniel Weckwerth (Sandra); his brother-in-law Dale Wallace; and his cousin Dennis Koepp (Sheila). He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
