He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulfert Emmen and Grace Emmen; his wife Muriel; and his siblings, John, Dennis and Jeanette.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Denney Wood, Mary Emmen and David Emmen; his children-in-law, Kelly Emmen, David Denney, Randy Wood and Kevin Gilbertson; his grandchildren, Meredith Denney, Laurel Denney, Danna Gilbertson, Carlyn Stangle and Madeline Gilbertson; and his great grandchild Noelle Stangle.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church-The Master (789 Northdale Blvd NW, Minneapolis, MN 55448). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church (789 Northdale Blvd NW, Minneapolis, MN 55448).
