She is survived by : her husband Brent Scheuren; her children, Natalia and Adam Scheuren; her parents, Ursula Lazo and Valeriano Guerra; her siblings, Roberto and Luz; her sisters-in-law, Alma and Holly; her parents-in-law, Daniel and Carolyn; her stepfather Albert; and her nieces and nephews, Cynthia, Roberto, Daniel, Cassandra, Yurie, Hana, Erika, Maia, Amara and Ken.

In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a gofundme for her children Natalia and Adam's period of adjustment and beyond.
